Program description
TCoffee Computation of a multiple sequence alignment and the associated phylogenetic tree
MCoffee Computes a multiple sequence alignment and the associated phylogenetic tree by combining the output of several multiple sequence alignment packages (PCMA, Poa, Mafft, Muscle, T-Coffee, ClustalW, ProbCons, DialignT).
Expresso This server computes Structure based Multiple Sequence Alignments.
Combine Combines two (or more) multiple sequence alignments into a single one. In the colored output, portions inconsistent between the combined alignments are in blue, consistent ones are red. You need at least 2 alignments and the combination works even if the alignments do not contain exactly the same sequences.
