| Pariga performs an all-against-all BLAST on two sets of user-supplied amino acidic or nucleotide sequences. Results can be inspected using logical operations at a desktop-like speed. At present we set an upper limit to the size of the two input datasets (total number of sequences equal to 1000) to take into account typical browser limitations in dealing with large amounts of javascript although in principle the allowed size of the datasets is unlimited (here, for example, are the results of a job with 1600 sequences). |
