Our projects are aimed towards the user community, to help and support the companies and universities in the Regione Sardegna.
BioPortale
| We create this BioPortale to offer access to various analysis tools.
The different domains are represented by the tabs on the top of this
web page. Many tools are installed on our computers, much more than
those represented on these web pages. |
We aim to give access to tools and databases through the BioPortale,
with simple but efficient interfaces. As described before, our main
services currently provide access to sequence analysis tools. We are
developing Web intefaces for databases, and hope to have these soon in
production. |
