The CRS4’s Bioinformatics Laboratory is one of the Technology Platforms of Sardegna Ricerche Technology Park, at the disposal of the local scientific and business community. The Laboratory provides access to essential bioinformatics applications and resources for biomedical research, in particular personalized medicine. |
BioPortale
We create this BioPortale to offer access to various analysis tools. The different domains are represented by the tabs on the top of this web page. In addition to the BioPortale, we have set up an anonymous FTP server, in which we mirror all the EBI databases, part of the NCBI databases, expasy databases, Ensembl as well as other databases that have been asked by our researchers. |
