Tcoffee on the web
Our web implementation of Tcoffee
What is it ?
A collection of tools for Computing, Evaluating and Manipulating Multiple Alignments of DNA, Protein Sequences and StructuresAvailable Coffees
| Program | description |
|---|---|
| TCoffee | Computation of a multiple sequence alignment and the associated phylogenetic tree |
| MCoffee | Computes a multiple sequence alignment and the associated phylogenetic tree by combining the output of several multiple sequence alignment packages (PCMA, Poa, Mafft, Muscle, T-Coffee, ClustalW, ProbCons, DialignT). |
| Expresso | This server computes Structure based Multiple Sequence Alignments. |
| Combine | Combines two (or more) multiple sequence alignments into a single one. In the colored output, portions inconsistent between the combined alignments are in blue, consistent ones are red. You need at least 2 alignments and the combination works even if the alignments do not contain exactly the same sequences. |
