B - FTP MIRROR @ CRS4

1 - What is an FTP mirror ?

It is a way to keep the files on our system up to date with the files on another (external) system. For our reasearch and services, we need up to date copies of all databases. We download them nightly in an automatic way from their original site to our own systems.
We have decided to make these copies available to the user community to facilitate data access for those having a good network connection with CRS4.
