DomainColorer

A script that allows to use different color for domains. First, set the correct path to a CSV file structured as follows: DOMAIN_1_NAME START_POS END_POS DOMAIN_2_NAME START_POS END_POS DOMAIN_1_NAME START_POS END_POS using a tab delimiter, then use "run /path/to/your/domainColorer.py" and enjoy!
