Progetto Cluster: Biomedicina e Tecnologie per la Salute - Sottoprogetto Bioinformatica

Project Cluster - sub Project Bioinformatics

The Progetto Cluster "Biomedicina e tecnologie per la salute"PROPOSTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE, sub-project "Bioinformatics" , has been approved.

The purpose of this new project is to install existing software or develop new software and databases for themes not already considered, and of interest to the user community of the Bioinformatics Laboratory of CRS4 web site. Training workshops and seminars will provide the users with tools and knowledge about the different subjects chosen for the project.

The project is structured in five Work Pakages that will be developed in parallel, depending on the needs and use of the community.

  1. Databases (WP1)

  2. Databases and pedigree software for genetic and genealogic data (WP2)

  3. MicroArray data (WP3)

  4. Proteomics (WP4)

  5. Data and text mining (WP5)
